Avantika Mohan is the founder of Travenka, your place for ultimate solo travel inspiration and firsthand information. She provides travel guides to all interested people here, given her vast travel experience. That is because Avantika has travelled to 79 countries as an air hostess. The following are the terms of use if you wish to utilize the information, services, and products available at Travenka.       

Note: The terms “Company,” “we,” “us,” and other contextually appropriate pronouns or words below are used in reference to Travenka. You need to interpret them accordingly.

If you don’t agree to any parts of the sections below and thus act in the opposite direction, that would lead to violation cases. And it will be taken that you haven’t agreed to these terms of use. In that case, we are not responsible for anything as we usually are for our loyal customers.

The website of Travenka is a travel content website. It provides travel guides, destination information, travel tips, and blogs that will connect you to stunning places in seconds. Get knowledge of budget-friendly itineraries from the personal experience of Avantika Mohan. She is a full-time traveler from India. 

Note that we are not a travel agency. All the information or experiences shared here are just for travel education and inspiration. If you happen to meet a third party who claims to provide exciting travelling opportunities or booking offers or anything else under the name of this platform or its founder, it might be a case of fraud. In such cases, the exercise of your discretion is advised. We are not responsible for any loss incurred. 

Acceptance of Terms

Accessing, browsing, or using Travenka in any way will constitute acceptance of the terms of this document. That means you will have confirmed and fulfilled the following terms and obligations implicitly. And that doesn’t require any consent in writing!    

• You must be at least 18 years of age in order to avail of the services on this platform. Or, if you are under 18 and you have used any service here in any sense, it will be taken as if the minor was operating under the supervision of their parents. 

• You have fully read and understood all the crucial parts of these terms and conditions. And, thus, you are working under full awareness and all the intellectual capabilities of a reasonable man. 

• Along with these terms, other rules, regulations, and laws also apply to you as and when required. For example, if you act in the best interest that stands in opposition to the compliance law that Travenka is obliged to, you will be considered violating the platform’s policies. 

• You don’t use any part of the website in a way that harms the interest of the company and causes losses of any sort. That might also attract legal action against the concerned person according to the gravity of the damage. 

• Nobody has any right in any sense to use any part of the platform and its content for commercial purposes. However, if consent is provided to do so, it is an exception to this rule.
